3.1 Information You Provide Directly

Community Leaders additionally provide:
- Organisation or community name
- Event details including descriptions, dates, times, locations, and pricing
- Bank account and identity information via Stripe for payment processing
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our app, we may automatically collect:
- Device information (type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- App usage data and in-app activity
- IP address and general geographic location (city/region level)
- Crash reports and performance data
3.3 Payment Information
Gathered uses Stripe Connect to process payments. We do not store your full card details. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy. Gathered receives only confirmation of successful transactions and retains a 5% platform fee per transaction.
3.4 Information from Third Parties
If you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive limited profile information (such as name and email) from those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

- Process event bookings and payments
- Enable Community Leaders to manage their events and track attendance
- Send you booking confirmations, reminders, and important account communications

- Legal authorities — if required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
- Business successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
